SNATCH TECHNIQUE DAY

On the 2:00 x 5 Sets:

1 Snatch Pull
1 Hang Snatch High Pull
1 High Hang Power Snatch
1 Power Snatch into OHS -OR- 1 Squat Snatch

Build in weight each set.

SNATCH TECHNIQUE DAY

Start over with starting weights

On the 2:00 x 10 Sets:

3-Position Power Snatch
(High Hang, Above Knee Hang, Below Lower Hang)
3 Overhead Squats

Some athletes will be using very lite weight today, embrace it. If you can lift heavier weights consider going lite and moving your body well. Hit all of these drills with intension and in the future your Snatch will be even better!
