What is CrossFit?

The magic is in the movements. CrossFit defines functional movements as exercises that move large loads over long distances quickly. They are natural, multi-joint (compound) movements that mimic real-life daily actions (e.g., squatting, pushing, pulling) and are primarily characterized by their ability to generate high power output.

The Movements

Community is the bedrock of CrossFit because it directly drives the program’s physical and mental results. Enduring intense workouts alongside the same people creates a deep sense of camaraderie. This shared experience fosters accountability, mutual encouragement, and an inclusive culture.

WOD BLOG

Education and community come together inside our WOD Blogs. Topics vary widely because the lives and goals of our community do too. One day we may be diving into exercise science, recovery, or nutrition. The next we are highlighting one of our athletes out in the world chasing incredible adventures, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating life wins.
