Kate Samuelson,

Coach Kate, our greatest success stories coming out of the CF Kids program. Having started as a Cub and moving up to Bears, when she entered our Teen division, she signed up for the internship program while waiting to be old enough to be an official coach. For several years she has been the assistant coach for the kids program and in 2022 she successfully passed CF-L1 at the age of 17. Incredible!

Early in life she was diagnosed with PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal infections) and hopes to be a source of inspiration to those families and kids who need a success story in their lives.

There is not a brighter spot in MidState CrossFit than young Kate and we are stoked to have her on our team.
