This will not be the last time we do body scans so having data now is just as valuable as having 2 data points. There is real power in knowing your body composition numbers. Exceptionally having your metabolic rate as we get into more conversations about calorie deficit eating habits or muscle growth goals for the MidState nutritional coaching staff.
