8 Bulgarian Split Squats Left
8 Bulgarian Split Squats Right
8 Suitcase Deadlift Left
8 Suitcase Deadlift Right

Squat Coaching Ques: Find a heavy weight, dumbbell, kettlebell, full jug of water or baby and hold it in the front rack position for your split squats. Use the couch or a bench, or a stool/chair to support your back leg. Remain in control throughout decent and ascent.

Deadlift Coaching Ques: Suit case deadlift should be performed with an upright torso. Fight against the weight to keep good posture.
