MidState Temporary Closure

Hello everyone. If you have not seen, or do not have social media, we wanted to share with you some information. Starting immediately MidState is closed. No one on the coaching staff has been diagnosed with COVID. None of our members have been exposed to our knowledge to COVID at MidState. The questionnaires have not revealed any additional concern that would cause us to change our current practice but at this time we have chosen to close our box. We want to reevaluate how to best run our classes. We want you to know that we fully understand that no decision we make is in a vacuum. We are actively working on sorting out the best way to remain open, be present for our members, and create lifelong fitness for each and everyone of our athletes.
