5x5 Back Squat

WOD

100 Burpees
Do as many as you can in one minute; then rest one minute until you complete 100 burpees

Social Distancing Plan

If the class is larger than 8 athletes, we will split the class in two. Group 1 will do the strength first and group 2 will do the WOD first, then everyone will switch. We will be doing this to avoid sharing of barbells while back squatting.
