Squat Cycle Check In
Officially two weeks left in the MidState Holiday Squat Cycle. It has been quite the journey all ready. Everyone is feeling very strong, some athletes know they are strong enough at this very moment to go ahead and PR a back squat or a bench press. Do not deviate from the process. Allow us to indulge in the Christmas spirit by continuing to grow your legs and bodies even stronger! This week is all about the cycle, do not miss a day! If you are feeling not 100% on any given day communicate with the coach, they will help guide you to success. This is going to be such an epic Christmas for everyone here at MidState CrossFit.
