The MSCF Lift-Off 2023
Our favorite time of the year!
This week is about you, all of our athletes. This club house, built around CrossFit allows us, the coaching staff, the ability to see people work through hard things. Often we can not see our own growth because CrossFit is built around the long game, a goal set on a distant horizon AKA “Lifelong Fitness”, but we see you! We see your hard work, your consistency, and your growth!
The CrossFit methodology is not built around aesthetics, rather it is built around making more fit, better prepared human beings. It is your new and more optimized ability to complete work and be generally prepared for life that makes CrossFit so potent and unique. This week we put your dedication to the process on full display through our membership appreciation week, we call it the MidState CrossFit Lift-Off!
The combination of olympic weightlifting, team spirit, the autumn air, and the Day of the Dead helping us share our efforts with the universe. We intend to create an atmosphere where you feel hyped, you feel seen, and you feel empowered by your ability to be awesome.
Enjoy this week, take it all in. Where else and when else, as adults, do we get the opportunity to be athletes and to be on teams, to challenge ourselves and be part of something bigger than ourselves, to surprise ourselves.

Your score is the weight lifted divided by 10, (example: 100lbs = 10 points)
