MidState Yoga
MidState CrossFit has a long history of doing Yoga. Brian and Gabby’s journey into fitness included completing P90X, twice, yes twice. If anyone has ever done a 90 minute yoga session by yourself or with your significant other without guidance you know how daunting this can be. When MidState CrossFit opened in 2014 we would for a long time end our nights after the 630PM completing a RomWOD session as a group. As that season faded we have not lost our yogi roots and we start nearly each and every class with hip mobility drills which include our beloved Runner’s Pose and Pigeon Stretch. Ruth has blessed us several times by leading one off sessions of Yoga since 2020. Which brings us finally to our newest adventure into Yoga. Our own Tara Hawks has finished her Yoga Instructor classes and is official. With her, MidState CrossFit will be bringing a 5-week program to the masses. Every Saturday, September 17th thru October 15th we will be hosting a 1 hour session after Open Gym.
