MidState Games 2022 - Floater
MidState Games Floater 2022
The MidStateGames which will be held Saturday February 19th at MidState. A little about the MidState Games which is the annual celebration of fitness here at our box. The MidState Games are intended to be a fun, inclusive competition with a little bit of bragging rights mixed in. The Games are a partner competition. Partnerships can be male-male, female-female, or male-female. There are two divisions the “Rx” and the “Scaled” division designed to allow for any member of MidState to participate. Do not be intimidated by “Rx”, if you have been following MidState programming you are prepared for this competition! Each workout will test the athletes in a different way just like any. We know you will have a great time… Leading up to the competition each partnership will need to complete the following workout known as the “Floater”.

1 Mile Run
If you attended the Sickness-Wellness-Fitness talk last Saturday maybe, just maybe you saw this coming. We hope you all use this mile score as a measurable data point of fitness.
Each partner will run the 1 mile loop around MidState which is the 800M lap around Colony (2 times around of course). Each athlete needs to touch the stop sign on G and 15th Street to complete the mile. The score is the combined time of each athlete.
Pictures with score cards and the duo together can be sent to Coach Brian at (508) 207-5346 and/or posted to Facebook/Instagram. Score cards will be available at the kiosk.
