Coaching Ques: Each round should feel like a hard cardio sprint. Rest as needed between sets, when performing the circuit attempt to not slow down. Score is lowest time possible. For the jumping lunges if you need something to brace you and create balance feel free to hold onto a table, poll, or door jam but only as needed, make your legs and core do the work.
