Alright, team—I’m jumping into the Goon 100 and I’d love for you to join me.
Yes, I’m a little late getting started, but I have zero doubt that we can knock this out. Goons Against The World is hosting a challenge on the Nike Run app: 100 miles between April 1st and May 31st. That’s it. Two months, 100 miles. A totally doable goal that fits beautifully into our current Spring Strength Cycle.
Big thanks to Gina for the inspiration—your energy got this rolling. I’ve already reached out to a few MidState CF athletes, but now I’m opening it up to everyone. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to build some new momentum, this is a great way to push yourself and have fun doing it.
