CPR Class and Daily WOD
Basic Life Support @ MidState CrossFit
MidState CrossFit will be hosting a BLS CPR class on Saturday, September 10th at 0830AM. We can have up to 18 participants in the class. We will be teaching adult, child, and infant CPR, how to use an AED, and choking emergencies. This is an excellent class for anyone, legitimately a life saving experience.
