1000 Step Ups

This WOD takes time, usually greater than an hour. Because of this we will be cancelling the 530AM Class. The morning session will run from 0830-1200. If you are coming in for the morning to do work out please be ready to start no later then 1100 to assure you have enough time to complete the work. The afternoon session will be from 0330-0700. Please be ready to start no later than 0600 to assure you have enough time to complete the work. Bring your own backpack if you want to add weight to your step ups. You may join a friend or 2, 3, 4. To help break up the work and have comradery.
