Logistics and needs for judges and volunteers

Our annual Partner WOD event of the year is fast approaching. This Saturday, April 22nd, we will open the doors at 7:30, Briefing starts at 8:15. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Coach Brian or Coach Gabby for anything at all. Every single workout any member of MidState CrossFit can do! Find hour favorite classmate and sign up at the kiosk. If you would like to enter as a “"Free Agent” we will do our best to find you a partner. Any volunteers who do not want to compete but want to participate we will NEED judges and assistance to keep the day moving along smoothly!

Workout 1 - The Demon
AMRAP 7

Rowing
Burpees
Broken up any way possible

Workout 2 - Starchild
3 minute – 1 min Rest – 3 minute
1 Partner working per 3 minute

1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Clean

Workout 3 - Spaceman: Against a 7 Minute clock:

60 Get up and Over
40 Hand Release Push Ups on Box
20 Crossovers

After 7 Minutes:
1 Minute – 1 min Rest – 1 Minute
Shoulder to Overhead from Rig
For Reps & Load (Must keep and declare load)


Floater - Catman: 2 Minute Accumulate:

Max Sled Push Reps @ 50’
Max Calories Bike
