Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in the 1st Annual MidState CrossFit’s Raz’ N Health Fitness Festival. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at The Tarmac, in partnership with the Castle Air Museum. It will be the premier health and wellness event in Merced County featuring a CrossFit competition, 5K community run, health summit, vendor village, and live entertainment.

The goal of the Raz N’ Health Fitness Festival is to provide the community with better knowledge and accessibility to local health resources by way of advocacy and engagement. With that said, our primary focus is to highlight local vendors that fall under that umbrella.

However, the mission statement of MidState CrossFit states, “We want to be part of the change that looks to bring ‘better’ to our community as well as ourselves. We aspire to be a place where community is not narrowly defined within the walls of our gym.”, and on that note, we will make it a priority to include as many applicants as possible as long as accommodations allow.

The National Institute of Health declares that wellness encompasses 8 mutually interdependent dimensions:

  • physical

  • intellectual (learning/knowledge)

  • emotional/mental (feelings/emotions)

  • social (community/relationships)

  • spiritual (beliefs/values/spirituality/organized & unorganized religion)

  • vocational (occupational/meaningful work)

  • financial

  • environmental (the world around you)

If you feel your business, product, or service falls under one of these categories (surely it does!), please complete the application below, and one of our team members will be in touch upon review.

For your consideration before applying, here are some need-to-know details for the event:

  • Date: Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10am-8pm

  • Cost: $100

  • Please arrive no earlier than 8:00am to set up, allowing yourself plenty of time to be ready at the event start time of 10:00am

  • Please do not leave early. Event ends/breakdown begins at 8pm. It will be a long, but fruitful day—please plan for an assistant to take breaks as needed

  • You may use the facility parking lot for loading/unloading; however, there will not be vehicle access to your space inside The Tarmac, so please plan accordingly

  • Event is outdoors, so please provide your own tent/canopy should you need it

  • Your 10 X 10 space will be assigned upon arrival

  • If you have a business license, seller’s permit, or single day license/permit, please screenshot/upload and email to info@midstatecrossfit.com

Your vendor fee is non-refundable after 08/01/2024. We understand that life happens, but please be respectful of this deadline, as this will allow waitlisted vendors ample time to plan to attend in your place.
