A Success Story & Call To Action

We had a member recently describe to us how their lifestyle and thought process has changed. They currently have 3 gym memberships. Some would say that is expensive and excessive. Context matters though. Exercise and movement has replaced a much more expensive daily habit. This particular member's lifestyle makes it so that during their work hours, they have down time in which they are waiting for projects to finish. During these moments of waiting, they are no longer drinking to excess at the nearest water hole while waiting on these projects. They are now inside MSCF or similar health centered facilities moving their body. The mindset shift needed for this to happen started at MidState CrossFit and has not eliminated but has completely curved a habit that absolutely would have led to at minimum, trouble and at worse an early grave. It is the magical combination of coaching, community, mentorship, and vulnerability that has created this metamorphosis to occur.

We are all battling some sort of demon and shitty inner dialog that tears us down instead of building ourselves up. We all have unhealthy habits, thoughts, interactions that creep into our daily habits that can curb our own growth. Our mission has never been about just the one hour classroom experience. It is a lifestyle that moves the needle through wellness and into fitness.  MidState CrossFit works tirelessly to cultivate an environment through hard work, acknowledgement, and consistency that makes new habits grow into a vibrant healthy lifestyle.

The number one factor most attributed to longevity is human connection. Despite unhealthy habits, studies have shown that if you have people, the length and quality of your life is measurably better. Our mission is to provide that to our athletes. Everyday, every WOD.
