What is it?

It is a sea of barbells and rubber plates! Where people come to get strong, improve lifts and sharpen technique. Weights are thrown around and PR’s are broken! We speak in kilos and pounds, and go heavy. We train to make gains in the either Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting or CrossFit. We build explosive strength, speed, power and balance by training lifts like the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Deadlift and Squat.

Why do it?

It is a great opportunity to come in for a dedicated amount of time to learn, hone, and sharpen barbell movements including, but not limited to, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk in a fun and healthy atmosphere.

When is it?

We meet Wednesday at 6:30pm, Friday at 5:30pm and Saturdays we total at our open gym from 8-9:30am

Who does it?

Our barbell club is for beginners and veteran lifters.  With programming to accommodate everyone’s needs.  

How Much?

MidState member – $25.00
Non-member – $50.00

Custom/Remote Programming – $300.00 (3month)
