Come as you are and do what you can, that’s all we ask. All too often we get caught up and worry ourselves with what the person to the left or right is doing- keep your eyes in your own lane and do the best that YOU can do.

20 Minute AMRAP:
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Burpees
5 Strict Pull up
200 Meter Run/Row/Bike/Ski
*If you can, mix it up for the 200 Meters.
