We’ve got a couple goodies for you!  First- details were released on the MidState Games blog post, read it for a sneak peak of our annual (and super fun) event. Second, as many of you know, boxing equipment has slowly been trickling in at the gym and we just can’t hide it anymore! Coach Frankie is going to be running 2-3 Boxing classes a week starting this month! There is a sign-up sheet at the front desk if you are interested in learning more. Space IS limited. Classes will run in 4-6 week cycles. There is no boxing experience needed. We are still ironing out some of the details but be sure to get on the list and we will get you more information.
