This week is another opportunity to Bro-WOD. Grab your favorite workout partner bro or lady-bro and lets celebrate that it’s almost Friday!

For Time:
100 Partner Wallballs *see demo video here
50 Handstand Pushups/Push-ups *while partner holds a handstand/plank hold.
50 Toes to Bar while partner hangs from pullup bar.

–Break up reps however needed on HSPU and T2B.
–Partner must be in static hold, before you can accumulate reps.
